Pre-Order Policy

All DEEP DOWN pieces are available by pre-order only. We do not hold ready-to-ship stock.
When you place a pre-order, your item is secured specifically for you and production/ordering will begin after the pre-order period closes.
Production & Delivery Timeframe
Once pre-orders close, all orders will be submitted for production.
Customers can expect their DEEP DOWN pieces to arrive approximately 4 weeks after the pre-order period closes.
This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by manufacturing, freight, customs or courier delays. Customers will be updated along the way.
Australia Shipping
DEEP DOWN ships to Australia with a flat-rate shipping fee of $30 NZD per order.
All Australian orders are shipped once your pre-order pieces have arrived and your order is ready for dispatch.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your piece.
No Afterpay available at this stage.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
All DEEP DOWN orders are final sale.
Because all DEEP DOWN pieces are made/ordered specifically through pre-orders, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Please make sure you have selected the correct size, colour and shipping information before completing your order.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect sizing, incorrect colour selection or simply no longer wanting the item.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact DEEP DOWN so we can assess the issue.
